
The FCC's Affordable Connectivity Program aims to reduce to cost of internet for eligible households. Apply here - https://ACPBenefit.org.
Eligible families can receive $30 per month toward internet service. Additionally, eligible households can receive a one-time discount of $100 to purchase a computer or tablet from participating providers if they contribute between $10-$50 toward the purchase.
Eligible households are those that meet one of the following criteria:
- Approved to receive benefits under the free and reduced-price school lunch program or the school breakfast program, including through the USDA Community Eligibility Provision in the 2019-2020, 2020-2021, or 2021-2022 school year
- Income at or below 200% of federal poverty guidelines
- Participate in SNAP, Medicaid, Federal Public Housing Assistance, SSI, WIC, or Lifeline
- Participate in Tribal specific programs
- Received a Federal Pell Grant during the current award year
- Meets the eligibility criteria for a participating provider's existing low-income program
