 Accelerated Reader Incentives

 

End of Six Week Incentives
If students achieve their point level goals for the six weeks with a 90% average, they will earn a non-uniform day.

First Semester Incentive
If a student achieves their six point level goal for the first semester, they will be invited to a special program with RSVP on January 9.

Second Semester Incentive
If a student achieves their six week point level goals all year, they will be invited to a movie with popcorn in the library on May 18.

Point Level Club Incentives
As students accumulate points throughout the school year, they will earn entrance into Point Level Clubs.

Model and Master Classrooms
If a classroom receives Model status, each student in the class will be recognized at awards day and receive a trophy.

If a classroom receives Master status, each student in the class will be recognized at awards day and receive a medal.

Most AR Points in Grade Level
If a student achieves the status of having the Most AR Points in his or her grade, he or she will be recognized at awards day and receive a special book.

School Wide Goal
If the school earns 20,000 AR points in the 2008-2009 school year, we will have a special activity on Field Day called “Dunk the Principal.”
