The Online Application is the preferred way to apply (#1).  This method requires Adobe Reader 7.0 or greater and Windows 2000 or greater.  The application itself is completed online and submitted via email.  DO NOT PRINT AND THEN MAIL THE APPLICATION

Follow one of the other three procedures (#2-4) above if you wish to mail your application.  Other documents are filled out partially and printed and mailed to others to complete.  Go through the links below to complete this process. 

Note:  Because you cannot save your online application to complete later, we strongly recommend that you print it, gather all information and then go back online and fill in the blanks.  If all information is ready it only takes a few minutes to complete.  Page 4 contains a biographical sketch.  You can create it using word processing software and then copy and paste into the form. 

Tips for a successful online application submission:

  • Read Application Process Information document thoroughly
  • Print the application and gather all information requested prior to filling in the online application
  • Fill in all required fields
  • When you have completed the application - click the Submit by Email button
  • Read carefully your screen tips and information and follow directions
  • You will receive a confirmation email that your application has been received
  • Note - Your application will be finalized when reference and certification documentation have been received in the Personnel Office.

3. Verification of Experience

then print and mail a copy to each former employer

4. Reference Evaluation Fill in personal information and print a copy for each of your references. Don't forget to sign each one before mailing to the persons who will complete the form.
5. Applicant's Certification and Agreement Print, sign, and mail to the Personnel Office at the address above.
