Summer Registration (Only)
If a returning student lives at the same address from last school year, only the current utility bill will be required for proof of residency. For all other students, two proofs of residency are required. See below for acceptable documents. All students new to the district are required to provide their Birth Certificate, Shot Record, Withdrawal form from the previous school (if applicable) and last Report Card (if applicable). Registration will open online on July 7th.
If your student is new to the district in Grades Pre-K – 5, you must first receive a school placement.
- Create a SchoolMint Account
- Select NEW STUDENT
- Rank the 5 elementary magnet schools in order of preference. To view information regarding our elementary schools please visit http://www.columbuscityschools.org/district-info/magnet-school-lottery/.
- Receive placement notification through your email account or a text message on your cell phone
- Log back in to SchoolMint to complete the registration process
If your student is new to the district in Grades 6-12 …
- Create a SchoolMint Account
- Select NEW STUDENT
- Complete the online forms
