Summer Registration (Only)
It is necessary to to bring 2 proofs of residency to registration after registering online. See below for acceptable documents. All students new to the district are required to provide their Birth Certificate, Shot Record, Withdrawal form from the previous school (if applicable) and last Report Card (if applicable). Registration is scheduled for July 24th (7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.) and July 25th (10 a.m. – 6 p.m.) at Columbus High School. You may register all students attending a school in the district at this one location. ONLINE REGISTRATION INFORMATION WILL BE VERIFIED AT THAT TIME.

- Rank the 5 elementary magnet schools in order of preference. To view information regarding our elementary schools please visit http://www.columbuscityschools.org/district-info/magnet-school-lottery/.
- Provide the following to Brandon Central Services at 2630 McArthur Drive during the hours of 7:30 a.m. – 2:00 p.m. Monday – Thursday: A certified copy of your child’s birth certificate, 2 current proofs of residency (see below) and an up-to-date copy of your child’s Immunization Compliance Form (MS Form 121) – Shot Record.
- Receive placement notification through your email account or a text message on your cell phone
- Log back in to SchoolMint to complete the registration process

- Complete the online forms

After completing online forms in SchoolMint, your student will be ready to report to their school.
